Nov. 24th, 2002 02:13 amI went up to Berkeley today and had sushi with Sarah Lowe. It's nice to have people to see. We went and watched The Seven Samurai at a local theater afterward. I hadn't seen it before. It was quite good, though then ending was more than slightly abrupt.
But I guess that's kinda the point. It was a movie that emphasized realism over plot and pacing in several places, and I respect that, even when it's a bit frustrating.

It wasn't as deep or artsy as I'd been led to believe, but it was a good cowboy flick, only Samurai are way cooler then cowboys.
So are ninja's. They flip out and kill people ALL THE TIME. Some of them even practice MIND CONTROL!
It's full of holes, like Yohei's underwear (Thanks, Sarah!)

Only I think it's called Magnificent Six or something silly like that because the game only lets you have six characters at once. I forget, it's been awhile.
