noahgibbsApparently I'm not the only one who has trouble getting the heat right on crepes, so the first one comes out screwed up.
Apparently a standard French saying is "La première crêpe est pour les chiens" - the first crepe is for the dogs.
It *is* really hard to get the first one right. You have to play with the heat a bit to get it right. And then again later when you randomly scorch one, after the pan comes up to temperature.
