I don't know... I could certainly believe that there's actually a guy who's hoping to use the proceeds to hire a hooker. I have no idea whether his financial scale is reasonable, but that's not a service I've priced out.

The only part of it that makes me *really* think it's a joke is the bit about poor hygiene, since that's quite curable. The rest all seems like a guy that might do this.

Then again, it could be some "friends" of his with a single picture of him putting up the site "for his benefit" :-)
