Need to cook more often. I made some very good chicken with bacon, pesto and goat cheese recently. Not rocket science, but it's the kind of thing that reminds me that I can make good food. Now I just need to actually do it more.

it was incredible... stuffed with goat cheese, spread with pesto and garlic, and wrapped in bacon... all with rice, broccoli, and baked brie and crackers... mmm ooh~ and gingerbeer...

There's something great about sitting on a couch, watching the news, and watching a man flit around in the kitchen making the whole house smell wonderful. *grin*

Maybe I've got more Domme in me than I like to admit to. *grin*
