The new bed is, like, *lots* of bed. I suppose a king-size just *feels* really big in my (small) room where I'm used to a queen. But man, it feels like there's half a bed that only two people aren't using.

Obviously trials with more people are in order. I know it was a very snug fit to sleep four on my previous bed :-)

Well for comparison purposes, it may be wisest to have the same testers in to contrast the two beds. Just a thought. ;-)

King size beds are great, but I feel the same way about feeling like there is a huge expanse of unused bed every night (a problem I should remedy at some point)

I know the feeling. I was in a king size with another person, and we could have done bed angels without touching each other.

You said it well! The new one is *quite* comfy, but I certainly vote for more blankets!

I read this article today, and one phrase immediately leapt out at me... "I have yet to install that in-bedroom three-gallon Astroglide wall pump."
