Today I removed a quite sizeable paper ball that had been glued to a roof support inside our attic. It had, at one point, been full of wasps.
Luckily, by the time I shoved a metal pole into it to tear it open and remove it from the rafter, it was no longer full of wasps. I felt a few pangs of worry as I did so, as you might expect.
But luckily I have now overcome my fear of giant paper wasp nests. Next time I'll just climb over the giant rat, wiggle my way between the boxes in the attic and give that wasp nest a hearty slap. I've found out they're harmless!
