I'm currently in possession of flexible plastic toothpicks which, for reasons my dentist didn't reveal, can't be marketed directly to the public.

I remember a time when this would have thrilled me, despite how prosaic the actual toothpicks are. It doesn't so much now.

I guess I'm getting old.

It gets much less prosaic when you add your own official-looking warning labels to the box, including warnings about how use of said contents indemnifies you, your affiliates, and the American Dental Association from liability.

I've find that a few well-placed biohazard and radiation symbols greatly improve my life, don't you?
