I do have a nifty new job, but they frown on me posting highlights from the graphics library documentation :-)

You might just have an LJ addiction if....

..if you check your friends page at least once an hour
..if you comment on your friends posts within an hour of them posting
..if you reply to comment within 10 minutes of it being posted.
..if you have a user icon for "certain kinds" of posts
..if you write certain posts for each day of the week (Horoscope Wednesdays, Friday 5, etc.)
..if you have friend filters so that people only see certain types of posts
..if you have advertised that you have a subscribe only list (like my TMI list.)
..if you think of your friends by LJ user name and refer to them as such
..if you get frustrated because none of your friends is posting
..if you have the friends of friends list bookmarked
..if you know the name of the LJ goat
..if you post more than once per day
..if you post more than 7 times per week
..if you post on such a regular basis that your friends check up on you because your post is "late"
..if you use LJ specific tags so frequently that you no longer have to refer to the FAQ.
..if you have answered other peoples publicly posted help requests.
..if you have earned enough points for a permanent account through answering help requests.
..if you know how to set up reading filters
..if you actually use them
..if you added journals from other blog sites to your RSS feed
..if you carefully select the music you are "currently listening to"
..if you post to lj-nifty with something you created
..if you got a paid account just so you could have 10 user icons
..if you got a paid account for the faster servers
..if you have annymously paid for someone else's account (the first two months are free!)
..if you have LJ-centric clothing
..if you want LJ-centric clothing? (ooh me me me!)
..if you have a second private journal that you only tell a few people about.
..if you post quizzes and have a cute icon and Subject line to warn people that your posting is a quiz.

If you saw yourself in 5 or more of these questions for god sakes let me know! I want to add you to my friends list because my friends are simply not posting frequently enough and you might understand my insanity and feed my addiction!
