I've just come back from shopping for medical and party supplies. I've made a pass through the house and thrown out anything waiting -- it's not just garbage night, it's garbage night before the party and that means I need to make sure the house is extra-empty. Next week's gonna be full regardless. I'm already planning the shopping trip for later this week when I pick up more supplies. Why have these parties worked themselves so seamlessly into my routine when so many other things still seem like impositions?

I'm gonna make a point of having breakfast stuff stocked. I don't know if anybody will be around Sunday morning after the party, but if so then I'm going to have to make stuffed croissant french toast for them. And possibly biscuits, since I need to try out that recipe. You've all been warned :-)

I hadn't planned that, but if you want to find amusing uses for the Ace Bandages and latex gloves, I won't stop you.

I have a great scandalous costume idea along similar lines, but it's not happening for a party this large. And I don't have current plans for that sort of limited-audience party :-)
