There's an artist who "made" a winged pig linked on memepool. He also tattooed a couple of hairless dogs, one in a very interesting way.

I'm not sure how to phrase some of this because he didn't do the tattooing, he just got the vet and tattoo artist together and designed the tattoos. Still, it took doing.
