I went ahead and signed up for the level five hypnotherapy class at HTI. It's about time for me to take a refresher, I think, and I've got enough experience outside class to get a bit more out of it than if I'd taken it right after their first four levels.

On an unrelated note, ThinkGeek sells "Foosh!"-brand energy mints. They have 100mg of caffeine each. So they're basically like peppermint-flavored vivarin. I approve.
