There's this comic I was referred to recently (I forget in whose LiveJournal) called Something Positive (www.somethingpositive.net). One of our protagonists, Davan, has a boneless cat named Choo-Choo Bear. This cat is disturbing for all sorts of reasons -- he oozes through vents, twists, splashes and otherwise behaves as a liquid. But probably the most disturbing thing about him is the way he's *always* grinning through these deformations.

Yeah, I linked to it in my journal last week. It's delightfully funny. And since I've been going through a particularly vicious and bitter time in my life, it couldn't have arrived at a better moment.

Choo-Choo Bear rocks. While I'm averse to having animals, I wouldn't mind one that's essentially a liquid/gelatinous/putty-like mass. :)
