It's the annoying truth that leaving job brings up tons of anger. It's part of the whole grieving thing that eventually ends in "well, wot, that was for the best then". In the mean time, you get to either run around for a week being angry and cranky, or take an afternoon to really embrace the dark side of the force.
I suggest slow pitch softball. Nice, slow, easy lobs that may have been hard during the torture periods of junior high school and are now an invitation to visualize harm to all the nasty people you just left. It's not hitting a fast moving target in a show of athletic coordination; it's a physical catharsis of clubbing innocent head shaped squishy balls. Perhaps you and learnteach could go clubbing together.
