As far as they can tell, I'm otherwise unremarkable. I can go through a long list of easy-to-test for genetically transmitted diseases and be told I don't have them. That's probably a good thing.
They also give a lot of the expected quasi-medical recommendations like: "as far as we can tell from your specific genetics, saturated fat isn't any worse for you than unsaturated fat. Now here's lots of recommendations for how to avoid saturated fat!"
