Other cultural translations...
Jan. 18th, 2009 08:58 amYou may know that Doctor Seuss's work has been translated into a variety of versions, including disused languages like Latin and unusual languages like Yiddish. However, I'm still waiting for the release of several additional versions which I feel will bring exposure to Seuss's work to several other minorities that may have more trouble with the mainstream version. His classic work, "Mister Brown Can Moo, Can You?" is still awaiting release in its Pittsburgh version ("Mister Brown Shoots Guns, Can Y'unz?") and Southern Version ("Mister Brown Can Bawl, Can Y'all?").
