I'm trying to sell a Burning Man ticket since it turns out I'll now be otherwise occupied at the end of August.

I paid $225 plus around $12 in shipping, and I'm happy to let it go for $235. The current going price is $250 plus shipping, so you're getting a decent deal, which will get better as ticket prices rise (BM tickets start at something like $180 for a very limited number, and get more expensive over time).
