My casts are off! Yay!
Granted, that doesn't mean I'm up and about. I'm still using an arm brace (and a leg brace, when I can get it). I'm still somewhat fragile and can't put noticeable weight on the damaged limbs.
But I can shower, if I'm careful. I've given the leg and arm a good washing for the first time in a month. I'm typing a tad faster. Muscles have begun the stretching-back-out process, and physical therapy begins soon.
