They have those Successories posters in the UPS pickup place where I get my packages. This morning I went in and picked up a package (wine from Sattui -- I win!) and noticed the Teamwork one about being more effective when you all pull together, or something like that.

The picture? The Great Wall of China. Ah, teamwork. You're more successful when you all pull together, but remember to bury the dead in the masonry as you finish your project milestones.

That doesn't work so well when you're building software, but it'd work pretty well if you did gardening and landscaping. Especially if you had a wood-chipper.
