Big changes at work this week. The good VP and director doing OS Software stuff are leaving, they've been replaced with folks from Be, and so have almost all of the higher-ups in our part of the company.

Shakeups. Replacements of people who know our business with people who don't. We've done this before. Repeatedly. It wasn't a good idea any of those times, either.

I went to a little party of people being laid off. You find out interesting things that way.
